After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Santo Iruinea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chapu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santo Iruinea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Baraquiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chapu FC's Elvio Inguma got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dante Veto kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Ciriaco Baraquiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Iruinea in the 18th minute of the match. When Elvio Inguma came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Chapu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elvio Inguma couldn't finish the play. Ciriaco Baraquiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Iruinea in the 32nd minute of play. Eulalio Loren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, moncho futbol club's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Iruinea came free, but Ciriaco Baraquiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elvio Inguma struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Ciriaco Baraquiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chapu FC. 38 minutes into the match, moncho futbol club's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Tiadoro came free, but Ciriaco Baraquiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. moncho futbol club's Ciriaco Baraquiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Inguma in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Chapu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Tiadoro to maneuver through the defense. After 43 minutes of play, Chapu FC's Santo Iruinea made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciriaco Baraquiel was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Santo Iruinea fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chapu FC's protests and gave Santo Iruinea a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th match minute, Chapu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Iruinea to maneuver through the defense. The moncho futbol club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chapu FC were winning 0-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albino Iratxo was the one to do the kick off. Santo Iruinea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Baraquiel having to interfere. If Dante Veto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes moncho futbol club got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Ordono. Filomeno Tiadoro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Chapu FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After having played for 64 minutes, Elvio Inguma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chapu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elvio Inguma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Elvio Inguma came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Chapu FC fans jumped to their feet. Thanks to some nice moves Santo Iruinea could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Ciriaco Baraquiel however easily saved by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Elvio Inguma kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ciriaco Baraquiel. That made the score 0-2 in the 68 minute of play. Ulises Pabla struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Ciriaco Baraquiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chapu FC. If Elvio Inguma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Filomeno Tiadoro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, moncho futbol club's Ciriaco Baraquiel got control of the ball when Elvio Inguma tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 82 minutes, Elvio Inguma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chapu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elvio Inguma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of moncho futbol club booed when Chapu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Inguma didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Chapu FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than moncho futbol club throughout the match.
