Alumni Futbol Club's attack was well implemented in the 16th minute, but when Lucio Barrionuevo was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Lutti's Leopoldo Mogel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Erlantz in the 25th minute of play. Lucio Barrionuevo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aquiles Urtungo made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Alumni Futbol Club's zone, Blas Orlandus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Bakar came out of the goal and Blas Orlandus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogelio Bakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Urtungo in the 59th minute of play. Alumni Futbol Club's Rogelio Bakar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Orlandus in the 61st minute of play. Rogelio Bakar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Orlandus, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 66th minute Blas Orlandus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Bakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Alumni Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Mikeldi came free, but Rogelio Bakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Blas Orlandus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Leopoldo Mogel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucio Barrionuevo went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Alumni Futbol Club's Rogelio Bakar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Urtungo in the 99th minute of play. In the 100thth minute of the game Jorge Erlantz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lutti's Leopoldo Mogel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alumni Futbol Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
