An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Sidro in the 8th minute of play forced Xeneize F.C's goalkeeper Niceto Gaizko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Efrain Fanuco kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Israel Reynardo's late challenge caught a Reverendo Alegria FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Severo Ponc might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Cebo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Severo Ponc ran back to his position shaking his head. Froilan Chesus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leopoldo Cebo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Niceto Gaizko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Tadzio in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Xeneize F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Cayo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 42 minutes, Efrain Fanuco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xeneize F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Efrain Fanuco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Israel Reynardo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Froilan Chesus was the one to do the kick off. Xeneize F.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
