Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Natalio Rafel made the kick off which started today's match. Emiliano Cordarell took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benedicto Abascal. Claypole's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Danilo Gaskon during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Claypole booed when Godoy AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Gaskon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Daniel Hever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Natalio Rafel in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benedicto Abascal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fausto Quintan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Hever in the 30th minute of play. Tobias Orlanda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedicto Abascal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Benedicto Abascal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Rafel in the 35th minute of play. If Hipolito Maiorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Godoy AFC's Fausto Quintan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Maiorga in the 40th minute of play. Daniel Hever received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Fausto Quintan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Quintan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Maiorga in the 44th minute of play.

55 minutes into the match, Godoy AFC's Natalio Rafel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benedicto Abascal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fausto Quintan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Hever in the 57th minute of the match. Fausto Quintan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Hever, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Tobias Orlanda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute, Tobias Orlanda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tobias Orlanda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Damian Liher fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Claypole's protests and gave Damian Liher a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Claypole's goalkeeper Benedicto Abascal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tobias Orlanda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Natalio Rafel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benedicto Abascal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Claypole's zone, Tobias Orlanda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Abascal came out of the goal and Tobias Orlanda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Niceto Chuse hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The supporters of Claypole booed when Godoy AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Urbez didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Claypole players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Godoy AFC.
