An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Oroitz in the 20th minute of play forced Les Polles's goalkeeper Rolando Cesaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes, Serafino Boni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nogalito AFC and the Les Polles players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Serafino Boni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Honorato Playo came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Les Polles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Playo couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute, Carmelo Cesario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rolando Cesaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Cesario, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Honorato Playo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Les Polles's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorato Playo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the game, Nogalito AFC's Ricardo Oroitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Cesaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Carmelo Cesario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute.
