Freddy Umbruso hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Fermin Hondo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Huracan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Desiderio Acuña charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Jose Micael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Sal in the 85th minute of play. Justo Sergi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Franco having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Fermin Hondo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Huracan's supporters rose to their feet, but Fermin Hondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolo Franco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jose Micael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualterio Vincent in the 95th minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
