ADN FC's Rene Calvet was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 7th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 10th minute, Guido Gelmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erubiel Lesardo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 13th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ulises Franco. The supporters of Sepultura FC booed when ADN FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Giraldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Sepultura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Calvet came free, but Erubiel Lesardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erubiel Lesardo made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Rene Calvet sent off a good shot on target. Erubiel Lesardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodosio Rami went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Teodosio Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rene Calvet struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Erubiel Lesardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ADN FC. If Teodosio Rami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 35 minutes, Eustacio Giraldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ADN FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustacio Giraldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rene Calvet received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erubiel Lesardo came out and tried to block the shot, but Rene Calvet slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 38th minute. Erubiel Lesardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Giraldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodosio Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodosio Rami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Erubiel Lesardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rene Calvet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Erubiel Lesardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Montrelle in the 53rd minute of the match. Guido Gelmiro charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guido Gelmiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Guido Gelmiro hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Teodosio Rami got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ADN FC's Hugo Schooters proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save ADN FC from getting a goal against them. ADN FC's Eustacio Giraldo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ADN FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
