In the 5th match minute, Ferreras de Abajo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Astudillo to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th match minute, Deportivo Tu Vieja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Vela to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Astudillo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leonides Mergildo. Deportivo Tu Vieja's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Leonides Mergildo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jimeno Goizeder showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Saturnino Dubardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonides Mergildo having to make a save. Guillermo Basajaun hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Aurelio Astudillo from long distance, 17 minutes into the match, got Leonides Mergildo's attention. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Ovidio Checa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Tu Vieja's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidio Checa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Hug breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cleto Oinaz charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cleto Oinaz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes Ferreras de Abajo got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Oinaz. Ferreras de Abajo's Matias Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Checa in the 31st minute of play. Iker Bartoleme hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Ferreras de Abajo's Jimeno Goizeder in the 37th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Leonides Mergildo was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Deportivo Tu Vieja through an amazing save. In the 39thth minute of the game Jimeno Goizeder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Tu Vieja's Leonides Mergildo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Deportivo Tu Vieja's Ovidio Checa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matias Hug narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ismael Raphael scored 2-0 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonides Mergildo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ignacio Irrintzi made a kick off. Natalio Chan's late challenge caught a Ferreras de Abajo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natalio Chan helped the player get up and apologised. Natalio Chan kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Matias Hug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Irrintzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 played minutes Deportivo Tu Vieja got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Chan. When Ferreras de Abajo's Jimeno Goizeder in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Leonides Mergildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Goizeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When Jimeno Goizeder came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Ferreras de Abajo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Goizeder couldn't finish the play. After 79 played minutes Deportivo Tu Vieja got a freekick which was hit by Astor Endira. If Saturnino Dubardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Deportivo Tu Vieja fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Aurelio Astudillo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When Ferreras de Abajo's Jimeno Goizeder in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
