When Valendrada FC's Donald Harris in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malaspina's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Malaspina getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Eduardo Peter hit a great ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Donald Harris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valendrada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donald Harris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guillermo Banegas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serafin Xabat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 21st match minute, Valendrada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Stanislao to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Steven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Xabat having to interfere. Guillermo Banegas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Prospero Evis 29 minutes into the match. Guillermo Banegas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Guillermo Banegas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Prospero Evis was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. In the 40th minute, Donald Harris reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Prospero Evis. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 45th minute, Donald Harris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute Guillermo Banegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Evis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillermo Banegas was the one to do the kick off. Donald Harris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guillermo Banegas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Evis having to interfere. In the 58thth minute of the game Guillermo Banegas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Malaspina's Prospero Evis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Donald Harris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Guillermo Banegas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prospero Evis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Prospero Evis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guillermo Banegas's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Hector Franco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Serafin Xabat made a huge save. In the 72nd minute of the match Robustiano Abaunza sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prospero Evis skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Donald Harris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valendrada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donald Harris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Guillermo Banegas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Prospero Evis was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. If Donald Harris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Donald Harris struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Prospero Evis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valendrada FC. 90 minutes into the game, Higinio Ayala was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malaspina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valendrada FC the free kick. The supporters of Valendrada FC booed when Malaspina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Ayala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valendrada FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
