Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adrian Fertus started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Narciso Dabi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Narciso Dabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Elequemedo having to interfere. If Narciso Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Iraido during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th minute, Elias Iraido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Pablo Chorache took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Lino Elequemedo to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Federal booed when La Almironeta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Iraido didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, La Almironeta's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Chorache came free, but Lino Elequemedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of La Almironeta booed when Federal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Ereinotz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute Adrian Fertus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Bilbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Enrique Pueblo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Almironeta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Federal the free kick. Narciso Dabi hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Narciso Dabi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Lino Elequemedo made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Pablo Chorache managed to get in a good position for a shot. Federal 's supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Chorache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Elequemedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pablo Chorache stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pablo Chorache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Elequemedo having to interfere. Narciso Dabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, La Almironeta's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Chorache came free, but Lino Elequemedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th match minute, La Almironeta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Vidal to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in La Almironeta's zone, Narciso Dabi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino Elequemedo came out of the goal and Narciso Dabi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Chorache in the 64th minute of play forced La Almironeta's goalkeeper Lino Elequemedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Federal 's goalkeeper Norberto Bilbo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Pueblo. Lino Elequemedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Dabi in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Federal 's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Enrique Pueblo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Norberto Bilbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Fertus in the 71st minute of play. Lino Elequemedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Magdaleno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pablo Chorache came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Federal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Chorache couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Pablo Chorache put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lino Elequemedo. Federal were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after La Almironeta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Martin Goi took the corner. The corner led Federal 's Martin Goi to fire away a dangerous shot which Lino Elequemedo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the La Almironeta players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Federal .
