Los Gedes FC's Leonardo Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Niva in the 12th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafino Sengrat during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ianchus booed when Los Gedes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Sengrat didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Ianchus's Freddy Lizardi got control of the ball when Pascual Leizarraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pascual Leizarraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Lizardi having to interfere. In the 21st minute Iker Niva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Niva in the 26th minute of play forced Los Gedes FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Iker Niva came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Ianchus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iker Niva couldn't finish the play. Freddy Lizardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Uxio, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Maidana in the 33rd minute of play forced Los Gedes FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddy Lizardi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Prospero Maidana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonardo Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Niva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 minutes of play, Ianchus's Prospero Maidana made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonardo Cruz was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Uxio in the 68th minute of play forced Ianchus's goalkeeper Freddy Lizardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prospero Maidana took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Cruz. Leonardo Cruz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 77th minute, Saverio Uxio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeremias Txatxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Gedes FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Cruz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonardo Cruz made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Prospero Maidana sent off a good shot on target. Jeremias Txatxu in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leonardo Cruz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jeremias Txatxu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Leonardo Cruz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Los Gedes FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ianchus were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
