CA Eruca Sativa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aroma Z the free kick. After 7 played minutes CA Eruca Sativa got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Jorrin. Emilio Tancredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Romano in the 8th minute of play. CA Eruca Sativa's Emilio Tancredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Romano in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Romano in the 13th minute of play forced CA Eruca Sativa's goalkeeper Emilio Tancredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 played minutes, Aroma Z's Filiberto Sazon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emilio Tancredo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aroma Z reached it. Evaristo Barto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Petrigai in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Romano in the 20th minute of play forced CA Eruca Sativa's goalkeeper Emilio Tancredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Barros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evaristo Barto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Filiberto Sazon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emilio Tancredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Romano in the 31st minute of play. After 33 minutes, Higinio Bartoli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aroma Z and the CA Eruca Sativa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of CA Eruca Sativa booed when Aroma Z was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Bartoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Aroma Z's zone, Mauro Mundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Barto came out of the goal and Mauro Mundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomás Petrigai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th match minute, Aroma Z was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Bartoli to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Tomás Petrigai managed to get in a good position for a shot. CA Eruca Sativa's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Petrigai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Barto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 48 played minutes Aroma Z got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Araoz. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesus Romano was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Jesus Romano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Tancredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CA Eruca Sativa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Jesus Romano scored to the left of an out of position Emilio Tancredo, making the score, 0-1. Emilio Tancredo made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Baltasar Vasco sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute, Tomás Petrigai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evaristo Barto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Baltasar Vasco scored 1-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilio Tancredo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Petrigai in the 87th minute of play forced Aroma Z's goalkeeper Evaristo Barto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evaristo Barto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Petrigai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the game, Higinio Bartoli recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emilio Tancredo. Higinio Bartoli showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. When the final whistle went the supporters of Aroma Z were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant CA Eruca Sativa side.
