Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Higinio Veronica kicked off to start the match. Salvador Meder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Cebo in the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute Higinio Veronica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Alrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Leonel Cebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Salvador Meder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Cebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes F.C's Pastor Bernebe got a free kick in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Colas during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aldo Colas hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute Leonel Cebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Meder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Salto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Cebo came free, but Salvador Meder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salto FC's Salvador Meder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Colas in the 44th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonel Cebo made a kick off. When Cristo Soin fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salto FC's protests and gave Cristo Soin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Cristo Soin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conrado Qwinton missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 53 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Salvador Meder right hand side. Hans Alrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Ur, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Leonel Cebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
