Victoriano Chepe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Gabriel Arce skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, 49 Futbol Club's Zbigniew Zukowski got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. After 83 played minutes Barreto got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Chepe. In the 89th minute Mauricio Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mauricio Abad came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Barreto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Abad couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the match, 49 Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Abad came free, but Gabriel Arce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 played minutes 49 Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Danel. 49 Futbol Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
