Huracan getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Gustavo López hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Ferdinand in the 12th minute of play forced C.A. Huracan's goalkeeper Bernabe Crescencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernabe Crescencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Perutxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Lon kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Zeledon Dalmu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Anibal Chico. Ramon Ignado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zeledon Dalmu having to make a save. If Gustavo López had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Perutxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Bernabe Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arturo Perutxo struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Bernabe Crescencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Claypole AFC. Bernabe Crescencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Ferdinand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 minutes, Hipolito Xacintu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A. Huracan and the Claypole AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ramon Ignado's late challenge caught a Claypole AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramon Ignado helped the player get up and apologised. Ramon Ignado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Dalmu having to interfere. C.A. Huracan's Ramon Ignado got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Bartolo Ferdinand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 49th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. Huracan's goalkeeper Bernabe Crescencio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo López to make the kick off. Ramon Ignado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Zeledon Dalmu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernabe Crescencio made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Arturo Perutxo sent off a good shot on target. Zeledon Dalmu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo López in the 64th minute of play. Rodrigo Cordairo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Bernabe Crescencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Ferdinand in the 72nd minute of the match. Gustavo López might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeledon Dalmu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustavo López ran back to his position shaking his head. Zeledon Dalmu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Ignado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeledon Dalmu came out of the goal and Gustavo López tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeledon Dalmu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo López in the 98th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Claypole AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C.A. Huracan.
