The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramon Jaen to strike the kick off in the second half. When Lázaro Espiridion fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Burzaco futbol club's protests and gave Lázaro Espiridion a yellow card for diving instead. Eduardo Senin came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Lucila's Ramon Jaen. But to his dismay, Ramon Jaen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Ramon Jaen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Eduardo Senin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Burzaco futbol club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lucila.
