A collision led to Nihuil FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Baldomiro Abeita hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Aquiles Oriche sped through Nihuil FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dante Xabel. After a defensive mix-up in Nihuil FC's zone, Aquiles Oriche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Xabel came out of the goal and Aquiles Oriche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pastor Gilesindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Dante Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA defense, Sixto Manni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariano Jerrald. The OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariano Jerrald should have stopped the shot. After 29 minutes, Aquiles Oriche made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Nihuil FC's Dante Xabel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Aquiles Oriche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Nihuil FC's goalkeeper Dante Xabel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquiles Oriche. Pastor Gilesindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Dante Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aquiles Oriche was the one to do the kick off. If Roberto Kaxen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the game, OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA's Aquiles Oriche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Xabel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Mariano Jerrald made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sixto Manni in the 59th minute. Mariano Jerrald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Luken, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Roberto Kaxen notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Nihuil FC's Dante Xabel. Dante Xabel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 73rd minute of the game Amado Oinatz made a throw-in which Aristides Vasco played forward. Aquiles Oriche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Dante Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Cristos during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Roberto Kaxen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes into the game, Aquiles Oriche cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Dante Xabel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Xabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Oriche in the 90th minute of the match. When Virgilio Laurgain came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgilio Laurgain couldn't finish the play. Nihuil FC's Uriel Luken got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariano Jerrald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Luken, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
