Marcos Viator kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Feliberto Dayam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Forasteros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Dayam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ceferino Quiroga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Ekialde, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Arsenio Ekialde ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ceferino Quiroga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ceferino Quiroga came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Forasteros FC's Fausto Benat. But to his dismay, Fausto Benat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience was convinced that Arsenio Ekialde's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ceferino Quiroga was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Arsenio Ekialde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Forasteros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsenio Ekialde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceferino Quiroga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arsenio Ekialde in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceferino Quiroga saved Coranzulí FC from getting behind. Feliberto Dayam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ceferino Quiroga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Dario Gonzalez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coranzulí FC's Ceferino Quiroga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Coranzulí FC's zone, Arsenio Ekialde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Quiroga came out of the goal and Arsenio Ekialde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ceferino Quiroga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Dayam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gilberto Ranolfo fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coranzulí FC's protests and gave Gilberto Ranolfo a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The audience was convinced that Feliberto Dayam's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ceferino Quiroga was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Alfonso Urdaspal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Veremundo in the 56th minute of the match. After 58 minutes, Feliberto Dayam made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Coranzulí FC's Ceferino Quiroga tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ceferino Quiroga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arsenio Ekialde in the 61st minute. Gilberto Ranolfo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The Los Forasteros FC fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Los Forasteros FC's Arsenio Ekialde looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Coranzulí FC's Serafin Oalo got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Fausto Benat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Arsenio Ekialde made a precise shot to the right of Ceferino Quiroga. Coranzulí FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. In the 86th match minute, Los Forasteros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Benat to maneuver through the defense. Feliberto Dayam took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ceferino Quiroga. Ceferino Quiroga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. 0-8 became the score in the 93rd minute when Arsenio Ekialde elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Los Forasteros FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
