A hard shot by Justo Jakobe from long distance, 14 minutes into the match, got Desiderio Sol's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ambrosio Galoer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epifanio Ibon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Honorato Iyan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Desiderio Sol was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 33rd match minute, Mansilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Orland to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Mansilla FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ambrosio Galoer hit a great ball. If Jose Daunte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Higinio Ikatz came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Mansilla FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Higinio Ikatz couldn't finish the play. Ambrosio Galoer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Angel Loi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Angel Loi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Orland, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The supporters of Mansilla FC booed when Chepes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angel Loi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Orland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angel Loi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Ibon in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, Mansilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Ikatz to maneuver through the defense. Chepes's Geronimo Iyan got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jose Daunte kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. If Justo Jakobe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 79 minutes into the match, Jairo Santo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Desiderio Sol. Mansilla FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jairo Santo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Epifanio Ibon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Loi having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Chepes's zone, Epifanio Ibon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angel Loi came out of the goal and Epifanio Ibon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the game, Humberto Mel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mansilla FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chepes the free kick. After 93 played minutes Mansilla FC got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Mel. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Chepes were victorious despite being under pressure from Mansilla FC for much of the match.
