Spectators: 7120 (Terracing: 5442, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 10) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Melquiades Abadie made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Banegas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Dabi. Batea's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reynaldo Banegas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 18th minute, Dario Hustaz made a precise shot to the right of Federico Dabi. Batea's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The audience was convinced that Dario Hustaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federico Dabi was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 27th minute Venancio Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Dabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Batea's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Hustaz came free, but Federico Dabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Octavio Iyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Hustaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute Melquiades Abadie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alcides Calçada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Le´s Puses F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Niguel to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Reynaldo Banegas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Le´s Puses F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldo Banegas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Dabi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Octavio Iyan hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dario Hustaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Federico Dabi was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Dario Hustaz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dario Hustaz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Batea's Federico Dabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Hustaz in the 56th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Dario Hustaz took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Federico Dabi to make any attempt to save it. If Venancio Aritza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Banegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Federico Dabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Lino Claus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Dario Hustaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federico Dabi was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Reynaldo Banegas made a precise shot to the right of Federico Dabi. Batea's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. After 82 minutes, Oscar Niguel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Le´s Puses F.C. and the Batea players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Claus in the 84th minute of play forced Le´s Puses F.C.'s goalkeeper Alcides Calçada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Dario Hustaz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Federico Dabi. The goal made the score 1-6. After 90 minutes of play, Le´s Puses F.C.'s Reynaldo Banegas made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Federico Dabi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Federico Dabi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reynaldo Banegas in the 96th minute. The Batea fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Le´s Puses F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
