A wasted opportunity for Nórdicos F.C. 14 minutes into the match, Nórdicos F.C's goalkeeper Paulo Sidoro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Lope. Epifanio Gumaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Hori in the 15th minute of the match. Epifanio Gumaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Hori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnulfo Hori recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 28 minutes of play, Nórdicos F.C's Arnulfo Hori made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Epifanio Gumaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnulfo Hori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Epifanio Gumaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Hori, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Paulo Sidoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Dabi in the 48th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Bruno Felo made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Pedro Dabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ticucho AFC's Bruno Felo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Ticucho AFC booed when Nórdicos F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Mundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Sidoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Lope, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Epifanio Gumaro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ticucho AFC! The audience was convinced that Gilberto Lope's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Sidoro was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Bruno Felo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Sidoro having to interfere. The Nórdicos F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nórdicos F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
