Arcadia's Constantino Dimo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Benvido in the 14th minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, Republica de la VI's Segundo Olentzaro tried to score from far away in the 25th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Republica de la VI's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Sarracino came free, but Cleto Sugoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 minutes Arcadia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Segundo Olentzaro who took care of the corner kick. Segundo Olentzaro made a great header on Republica de la VI's corner, it was just that Arcadia's Constantino Dimo managed to reach the ball for a save. If Eulalio Benvido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Republica de la VI's Eulalio Benvido got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the game, Arcadia's Edgardo Lico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cleto Sugoi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Cleto Sugoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Sarracino, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eulalio Benvido stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Republica de la VI's Jesus Guillelme got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Epifanio Urbes kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match.
