Rodrigo Nofre helped the player get up and apologised. Cecilio Ayala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ildefonso Gorka's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. If Ermegildo Herrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermegildo Herrera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Cecilio Ayala made a huge save. In the 20th match minute, GoyoFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Luix to maneuver through the defense. When Anier Beat came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the JuanPujol FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Beat couldn't finish the play. A collision led to GoyoFC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Gonzalo Gorka hit a great ball. If Baltasar Panpili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, JuanPujol FC's Anier Beat got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th match minute, JuanPujol FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Ubarna to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gonzalo Gorka made a kick off. After a rather tough play, JuanPujol FC's Anier Beat got a free kick in the 55th minute. GoyoFC's Higinio Gonza couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for JuanPujol FC. The supporters of JuanPujol FC booed when GoyoFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Gonza didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, JuanPujol FC's goalkeeper Simon Rafel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltasar Panpili. In the 74th minute, Baltasar Panpili made a precise shot to the right of Simon Rafel. JuanPujol FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Gonzalo Gorka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Franco charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Freddy Franco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 83 played minutes JuanPujol FC got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Franco. 89 minutes into the match, GoyoFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Gorka came free, but Cecilio Ayala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GoyoFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
