Alessandro Vides stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Heriberto's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Gustavo Heriberto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alessandro Vides read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in MACALLAN UTD's zone, Efrain Tome stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herminio Paz came out of the goal and Efrain Tome tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Efrain Tome dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Herminio Paz, 1-1. Baltasar Abeita charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baltasar Abeita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Norfolk City getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. After 93 played minutes MACALLAN UTD got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Bastian. Norfolk City walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
