Marcelo Socorro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Tecka FC's Angel Iaki got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The audience was convinced that Aquiles Gitano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Primitivo Ipar was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Aquiles Gitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Ipar having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Elpidio Erasto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tecka FC and the Guardian Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Guardian Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tecka FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Guardian Fc's Eduardo Adrio got a free kick in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Severo Polo made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Tecka FC's zone, Eduardo Adrio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Ipar came out of the goal and Eduardo Adrio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guardian Fc's Eusebio Burutzagi got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aquiles Gitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquiles Gitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Guardian Fc's Eduardo Adrio got his second yellow card of the match in the 68th minute. The referee ordered Eduardo Adrio off the ground.
