Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Saturnino Vedillo started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Saturnino Vedillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. M.A. Reinicio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Vedillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urbano Oso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Vedillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Ildefonso Oskarbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Elequemedo having to interfere. Saturnino Vedillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Urbano Oso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. M.A. Reinicio's Robustiano Gustau got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saturnino Vedillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, M.A. Reinicio's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Gai came free, but Lucas Elequemedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saturnino Vedillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, M.A. Reinicio's Saturnino Vedillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urbano Oso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Saturnino Vedillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Urbano Oso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 32 minutes into the game, Ildefonso Oskarbi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lucas Elequemedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saturnino Vedillo struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Urbano Oso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for M.A. Reinicio. Ivan Ermano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Saturnino Vedillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 47 minutes, Ivan Ermano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. M.A. Reinicio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Ermano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saturnino Vedillo got free with Urbano Oso in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Feliberto Gai made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of New Zanzibar booed when M.A. Reinicio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Ermano didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Saturnino Vedillo put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Urbano Oso. Urbano Oso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saturnino Vedillo's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Ivan Ermano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. M.A. Reinicio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Ermano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urbano Oso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Vedillo in the 71st minute of the match. New Zanzibar's Urbano Oso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Ermano in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th match minute, New Zanzibar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Lidon to maneuver through the defense. If Saturnino Vedillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Robustiano Gustau struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Urbano Oso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for M.A. Reinicio. Urbano Oso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Vedillo in the 80th minute of play. Enrique Betadur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Urbano Oso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robustiano Gustau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Saturnino Vedillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Oso having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Gogo Lidon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. New Zanzibar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave M.A. Reinicio the free kick. After a rather tough play, New Zanzibar's Gogo Lidon got a free kick in the 92nd minute. There was no doubt that M.A. Reinicio were the better team. M.A. Reinicio's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
