After 32 minutes of play, Capitan Frio's Isaac Rico made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baldomero Bilintx was left in no man's land by his defense there! The throw-in from Fabio Gabirel in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by knaya's Danilo Chuse. The supporters of Capitan Frio booed when knaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Heriberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Evelio Cedro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosme Corderun was the one to do the kick off. Baldomero Bilintx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Corderun in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Corderun in the 61st minute of play forced knaya's goalkeeper Baldomero Bilintx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes, Danilo Chuse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the knaya and the Capitan Frio players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, knaya's Danilo Chuse got a free kick in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, knaya's Baldomero Bilintx got control of the ball when Isaac Rico tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cosme Corderun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaac Rico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Baldomero Bilintx made a huge save. The supporters of Capitan Frio booed when knaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Cedro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaac Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Bilintx having to interfere. Aldo Laurgain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Vistruario, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute knaya were awarded a corner. Juan Elija went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Capitan Frio's goalie and right to Francisco Heriberto. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Capitan Frio's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Isaac Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aldo Laurgain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Vistruario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute knaya were awarded a corner. Juan Elija went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Juan Elija almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Capitan Frio's Aldo Laurgain did a great save. In the 95th minute Cosme Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Bilintx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
