Severino Edur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Aureliano Chayo made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Edur got free with Aureliano Chayo in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Holmberg FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Chayo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Holmberg FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Dalmacio Ovando hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the game, Severino Edur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Aureliano Chayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 31 minutes into the game, Mulcahy's Severino Edur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aureliano Chayo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Aureliano Chayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severino Edur in the 36th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Holmberg FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Chayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Edur. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Edur got free with Aureliano Chayo in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Severino Edur took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aureliano Chayo. Aureliano Chayo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Reynaldo Maju fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holmberg FC's protests and gave Reynaldo Maju a yellow card for diving instead. Reynaldo Maju hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Aureliano Chayo made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Severino Edur sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Dalmacio Ovando made the kick off in the second half. If Severino Edur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Jonas Vito made a precise shot to the right of Aureliano Chayo. Holmberg FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 58th minute Severino Edur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reynaldo Maju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Handi having to interfere. Severino Edur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Aureliano Chayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliano Chayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Vito, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute.
