In the 39th minute Niceto Montrelle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Hodei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Niceto Montrelle made the kick off in the second half. Niceto Montrelle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Virgilio Geofredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROMAN F.C.. 72 minutes into the match, Qwerty II FC's goalkeeper Virgilio Geofredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rogelio Fraco. Urbano Hodei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavio Teyo's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. If Flavio Teyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Eliseo Evarado took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Virgilio Geofredo to make any attempt to save it. Virgilio Geofredo was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Eliseo Evarado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliseo Evarado really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. The ROMAN F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ROMAN F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
