Damaso Gaur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Diagur having to interfere. After having played for 13 minutes, Rene Ekhi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pichanal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Ekhi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 15 minutes into the game, Bernabe Batista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pichanal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ballester AFC the free kick. Bernabe Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Raimundo Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Porfirio having to interfere. If Raimundo Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidoro Reyes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benigno Porfirio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Raimundo Lopes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benigno Porfirio was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 31st minute, Rene Ekhi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Baltasar Rojelio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Miguel Diagur to make any attempt to save it. Miguel Diagur made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Baltasar Rojelio sent off a good shot on target. 48 minutes into the match, Ballester AFC's Damaso Gaur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miguel Diagur narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baltasar Rojelio to make the kick off. Miguel Diagur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Gaur, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Baltasar Rojelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Gaur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Diagur having to interfere. Raimundo Lopes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benigno Porfirio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raimundo Lopes went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Damaso Gaur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miguel Diagur having to make a save. Baltasar Rojelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Miguel Diagur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltasar Rojelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ballester AFC's Adrian Leoiar suffered a sore thigh after 94 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rene Ekhi during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rene Ekhi hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
