The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niceto Abechuco during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Benito Rozarius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the game, Ernesto Satordi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. COLO DRΞΛM TEΛM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Gloria Canalla the free kick. After a rather tough play, COLO DRΞΛM TEΛM's Luciano Chepe got a free kick in the 15th minute. After recieving a nice pass, La Gloria Canalla's Everardo Santana tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of La Gloria Canalla booed when COLO DRΞΛM TEΛM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Chepe didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Constantino Baladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Carolo Duardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Gloria Canalla's supporters rose to their feet, but Carolo Duardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Diagur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgardo Diagur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Duardo in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, La Gloria Canalla's Ciriaco Frederico got control of the ball when Benito Rozarius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Constantino Baladi hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Carolo Duardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgardo Diagur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carolo Duardo ran back to his position shaking his head. COLO DRΞΛM TEΛM's Edgardo Diagur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Duardo in the 31st minute of play. If Benito Rozarius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39thth minute of the game Constantino Baladi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but COLO DRΞΛM TEΛM's Edgardo Diagur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to COLO DRΞΛM TEΛM getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Niceto Abechuco hit a great ball. Carolo Duardo struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Edgardo Diagur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Gloria Canalla. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alonzo Guerrero was the one to do the kick off. After 58 played minutes, La Gloria Canalla's Arnoldo Steven shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgardo Diagur came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Gloria Canalla reached it. After a defensive mix-up in COLO DRΞΛM TEΛM's zone, Carolo Duardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Diagur came out of the goal and Carolo Duardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carolo Duardo got free with Edgardo Diagur in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the game, Constantino Baladi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgardo Diagur. Constantino Baladi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Carolo Duardo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th minute of the match, Carolo Duardo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edgardo Diagur was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alonzo Guerrero took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciriaco Frederico. Ciriaco Frederico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Edgardo Diagur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carolo Duardo in the 85th minute. If Carolo Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alonzo Guerrero in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Frederico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. La Gloria Canalla's Carolo Duardo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. La Gloria Canalla played a much better game than COLO DRΞΛM TEΛM and deserved their victory. The COLO DRΞΛM TEΛM players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
