Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Paquitos y Amorosos's Venancio Bembe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arnoldo Savier came out of the goal and Angelino Pedroso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 7 minutes into the match, Mariano Chaime had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnoldo Savier. Paquitos y Amorosos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Chaime was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Paquitos y Amorosos's Arnoldo Savier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Pedroso in the 10th minute of play. Santos Napier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelino Pedroso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Arnoldo Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Chaime succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Armando Haitz hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute Mariano Chaime shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Savier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes, Armando Haitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paquitos y Amorosos and the La tricolor players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Nicasio Garaona fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paquitos y Amorosos's protests and gave Nicasio Garaona a yellow card for diving instead. Nicasio Garaona kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Arnoldo Savier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Chaime in the 32nd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Paquitos y Amorosos's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Chaime came free, but Arnoldo Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Paquitos y Amorosos's Jairo Curcio got a free kick in the 40th minute. Paquitos y Amorosos's Arnoldo Savier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Chaime in the 46th minute of play. If Mariano Chaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half La tricolor were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelino Pedroso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Angelino Pedroso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Arnoldo Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Mariano Chaime recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnoldo Savier. Mariano Chaime showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After 58 played minutes Paquitos y Amorosos got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Fertus. Anibal Montel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Arnoldo Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Paquitos y Amorosos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Garaona to maneuver through the defense. Angelino Pedroso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Arnoldo Savier skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Angelino Pedroso scored 0-4 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnoldo Savier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Mariano Chaime dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnoldo Savier, 0-5. If Mariano Chaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Paquitos y Amorosos's goalkeeper Arnoldo Savier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelino Pedroso. Armando Haitz got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Armando Haitz hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Angelino Pedroso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Savier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. La tricolor played a much better game than Paquitos y Amorosos and deserved their victory. The Paquitos y Amorosos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
