Hipolito Domenec came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arnoldo Savier could save by the left post. El Boca Juniors's Felix Calvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Napier in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Napier in the 30th minute of play forced El Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Felix Calvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st match minute, Paquitos y Amorosos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Haitz to maneuver through the defense. When Hipolito Domenec came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the El Boca Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Domenec couldn't finish the play. The wind increased when Venancio Bembe made the kick off in the second half. Nicasio Garaona's late challenge caught a El Boca Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. El Boca Juniors's Felix Calvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Bembe in the 74th minute of play. Raul Brun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnoldo Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Brun in the 79th minute of play. Raul Brun might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnoldo Savier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raul Brun ran back to his position shaking his head. Venancio Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Calvino having to interfere. The El Boca Juniors supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Paquitos y Amorosos's performance. The match ended with a win for Paquitos y Amorosos.
