Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciriaco Gaur in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Uzuri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute Ciriaco Gaur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Uzuri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Patapufete FC booed when Defensores De Las Sierras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amador Eneko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match, Cornelio Kiliz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mateo Uzuri was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mateo Uzuri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Gaur in the 45th minute of play. Cornelio Kiliz might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Uzuri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cornelio Kiliz ran back to his position shaking his head.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anier Baldovino made a kick off. If Cornelio Kiliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patapufete FC's Placido Gurutz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Patapufete FC from getting a goal against them. Mateo Uzuri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Gaur in the 58th minute of the match. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Defensores De Las Sierras's goalkeeper Mateo Uzuri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mateo Uzuri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Kiliz in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Kiliz in the 75th minute of play forced Defensores De Las Sierras's goalkeeper Mateo Uzuri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciriaco Gaur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Mateo Uzuri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
