Spectators: 6662 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) Trapiche AFC's Dario Cidro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute of the match, Donato Ixidor got a very nice opportunity to score, but Esteban Oriche was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Norberto Gorri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Cuartio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15thth minute of the game Dario Cidro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cacique Chalimín FC's Esteban Oriche was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonatan Bras kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Geronimo Gipuzkoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Trapiche AFC's zone, Geronimo Gipuzkoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Gorri came out of the goal and Geronimo Gipuzkoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Trapiche AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ramiro Joachim hit a great ball. Geronimo Gipuzkoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 37 minutes, Anastasio Maidana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cacique Chalimín FC and the Trapiche AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Trapiche AFC booed when Cacique Chalimín FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Maidana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Cidro did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Esteban Oriche 39 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geronimo Gipuzkoa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Dario Cidro came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Trapiche AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Cidro couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cacique Chalimín FC's goalkeeper Esteban Oriche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaime Videl's late challenge caught a Cacique Chalimín FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Videl helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Trapiche AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Videl to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 60 minutes, Benedicto Cuartio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cacique Chalimín FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedicto Cuartio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, Geronimo Gipuzkoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Gipuzkoa in the 64th minute of play forced Trapiche AFC's goalkeeper Norberto Gorri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Laurentzi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Norberto Gorri. Trapiche AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedicto Cuartio got free with Norberto Gorri in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 78th minute, Maximiliano Cesario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedicto Cuartio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Norberto Gorri made a huge save. If Dario Cidro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Cidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Oriche having to interfere. Benedicto Cuartio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Norberto Gorri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Chan went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Trapiche AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cacique Chalimín FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
