To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Malvinas Argentinas defense, Remigio Ikatz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudio Jakobe. The Malvinas Argentinas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudio Jakobe should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Segundo Dantae managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malvinas Argentinas's supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Dantae was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julian Ipar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute, Segundo Dantae got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Kusko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julian Ipar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Garci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the game, Ifrán AFC's Remigio Ikatz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Jakobe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 34th minute, Delmar Asur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudio Jakobe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Harri in the 38th minute of play. When Braulio Garci fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malvinas Argentinas's protests and gave Braulio Garci a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th match minute, Malvinas Argentinas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Garci to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Miliano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Claudio Jakobe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Segundo Dantae to make the kick off. Jimeno Iyan kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Miliano in the 62nd minute of play forced Malvinas Argentinas's goalkeeper Claudio Jakobe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Miliano in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Jakobe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 65 minutes into the match, Malvinas Argentinas's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Ikatz came free, but Claudio Jakobe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Jakobe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Ikatz in the 83rd minute of the match.
