Cleto Deunoro, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 10 played minutes, Malvinas Argentinas FC's Atilano Egoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rosendo Mambru came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Malvinas Argentinas FC reached it. In the 20th minute, Arnaldo Quinto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malvinas Argentinas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 23rd match minute, Malvinas Argentinas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Elixio to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1..'s Mauro Azevedo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hermengildo Bazkoare. That made the score 1-1 after 24 minutes of play. Baldomiro Remir kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Baldomiro Remir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damian Dominic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Hermengildo Bazkoare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hermengildo Bazkoare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Azevedo in the 38th minute of play. Damian Dominic struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Hermengildo Bazkoare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1... Damian Dominic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Hermengildo Bazkoare made a huge save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnaldo Quinto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1..'s Rosendo Mambru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1.. from getting a goal against them. Hermengildo Bazkoare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Azevedo in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Dominic in the 59th minute of play forced Malvinas Argentinas FC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Bazkoare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomiro Remir got free with Rosendo Mambru in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Mauro Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosendo Mambru made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Baldomiro Remir sent off a good shot on target. Julian Iratxo's late challenge caught a Malvinas Argentinas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julian Iratxo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd match minute, El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1.. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Iratxo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1..'s zone, Arnaldo Quinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Mambru came out of the goal and Arnaldo Quinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rosendo Mambru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Quinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosendo Mambru was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Baldomiro Remir showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 81 minute of play. Malvinas Argentinas FC's Arnaldo Quinto got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1..'s Rosendo Mambru got control of the ball when Baldomiro Remir tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Mauro Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Arnaldo Quinto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malvinas Argentinas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Quinto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mauro Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Hermengildo Bazkoare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal.
