In the 20th match minute, BOSTERITOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Felipillo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, BOSTERITOS FC's Leo Felipillo got a free kick in the 25th minute. A collision led to BOSTERITOS FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Bonifacio Eneko hit a great ball. BOSTERITOS FC's Vladimiro Gutxi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save BOSTERITOS FC from getting a goal against them. Los Halcones Ratas's Armando Chuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Ixaka in the 37th minute of play. If Mariano Rivas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Rivas took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vladimiro Gutxi. Vladimiro Gutxi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelino Argoitz made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Hugo Ixaka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of BOSTERITOS FC booed when Los Halcones Ratas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Sauveur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Sauveur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vladimiro Gutxi. BOSTERITOS FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Los Halcones Ratas's zone, Hugo Ixaka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Chuan came out of the goal and Hugo Ixaka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Los Halcones Ratas's Armando Chuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Ixaka in the 77th minute of play. Guaberto Heriberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Armando Chuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th of the match, Hugo Ixaka tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Armando Chuan got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 93rd minute, Mariano Rivas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimiro Gutxi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.
