In the 7th minute Tobias Txerran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Gutxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaudencio Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Ixaka, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Baltasar Haimar kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Lop during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Fundidores FC booed when BOSTERITOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Lop didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Lizar in the 28th minute of play forced BOSTERITOS FC's goalkeeper Vladimiro Gutxi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Guaberto Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BOSTERITOS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. BOSTERITOS FC's Vladimiro Gutxi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Lizar in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

If Tobias Txerran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ciro Hodei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nestor Vermudo fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BOSTERITOS FC's protests and gave Nestor Vermudo a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes BOSTERITOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Vermudo. Gaudencio Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Ixaka, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Gaudencio Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Heriberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaudencio Romo came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by BOSTERITOS FC's Guaberto Heriberto. But to his dismay, Guaberto Heriberto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Vladimiro Gutxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Mendez in the 65th minute of the match. Hugo Ixaka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Romo having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Hugo Ixaka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Guaberto Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. BOSTERITOS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Heriberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaudencio Romo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Tobias Txerran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimiro Gutxi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Felix Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Gutxi having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
