Fundidores FC's Gaudencio Romo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Ixaka in the 8th minute of play. Felix Lizar might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vladimiro Gutxi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Lizar ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Felix Lizar took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Vladimiro Gutxi to make any attempt to save it. After 21 played minutes Fundidores FC got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Mendez. Damaso Mendez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Vladimiro Gutxi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Gutxi having to interfere. The supporters of Fundidores FC booed when BOSTERITOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Lop didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vladimiro Gutxi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Lizar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. Vladimiro Gutxi was a little too slow when Felix Lizar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Hodei got free with Vladimiro Gutxi in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Tobias Txerran came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Fundidores FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Txerran couldn't finish the play. Damaso Mendez got his second yellow card in the match during the 42nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Damaso Mendez hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Guaberto Heriberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Hodei charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Hodei the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes Fundidores FC got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Hodei. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Ixaka made a kick off. After 61 played minutes BOSTERITOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Lop. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fundidores FC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Romo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Saul Lain kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. With a little luck, Fundidores FC's Gaudencio Romo got control of the ball when Guaberto Heriberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hugo Ixaka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74thth minute of the game Tobias Txerran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BOSTERITOS FC's Vladimiro Gutxi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tobias Txerran might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vladimiro Gutxi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tobias Txerran ran back to his position shaking his head. When Silvio Ignatius fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fundidores FC's protests and gave Silvio Ignatius a yellow card for diving instead. Silvio Ignatius hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Guaberto Heriberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Tobias Txerran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fundidores FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Txerran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimiro Gutxi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tobias Txerran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. The tension between the BOSTERITOS FC and the Fundidores FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
