An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Gutxi in the 3rd minute of play forced Monoblock FC's goalkeeper Tobias Sergi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobias Sergi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Eufemio, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The supporters of Monoblock FC booed when Ganimedes F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Chorache didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Braulio Richie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Aureliano Aires was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Monoblock FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ceferino Virila hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laureano Osasun got free with Aureliano Aires in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Ganimedes F.C.'s Lucio Cefero got a free kick in the 19th minute. A collision led to Monoblock FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ceferino Virila hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristo Oidor during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Monoblock FC! Nemesio Chorache shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Monoblock FC's goalkeeper Tobias Sergi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ganimedes F.C.'s goalkeeper Aureliano Aires, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Braulio Richie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Monoblock FC's Laureano Osasun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aureliano Aires narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ganimedes F.C.'s Aureliano Aires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Richie in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to Ganimedes F.C. getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Nemesio Chorache hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Ganimedes F.C. defense, Braulio Richie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aureliano Aires. The Ganimedes F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aureliano Aires should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Eufemio was the one to do the kick off. If Laureano Osasun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Eloy Chinto from long distance, 65 minutes into the match, got Tobias Sergi's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 66th minute, Natalio Dalmai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tobias Sergi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Eufemio, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Octavio Galoer charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octavio Galoer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Monoblock FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Octavio Galoer hit a great ball. Ceferino Virila took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aureliano Aires. Aureliano Aires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Aureliano Aires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Osasun, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Braulio Richie took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aureliano Aires. Aureliano Aires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 83 played minutes, Monoblock FC's Eleuterio Pierres shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aureliano Aires came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Monoblock FC reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laureano Osasun in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aureliano Aires saved Ganimedes F.C. from getting behind. In the 86th minute Laureano Osasun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Aires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Laureano Osasun came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Monoblock FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laureano Osasun couldn't finish the play. Aureliano Aires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Osasun in the 96th minute of play. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
