Froilan Miliano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Osvaldo Urki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 10th minute, Osvaldo Urki made a precise shot to the right of Froilan Miliano. River Plate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Miramonte FC's Osvaldo Urki has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 13th minute. Osvaldo Urki struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Froilan Miliano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miramonte FC. Thanks to some nice moves Roman Oriche could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Andres Atauri however easily saved by the left post. Osvaldo Urki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rosendo Confesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cristo Pierres made the kick off in the second half. Abelardo Luke charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abelardo Luke the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. River Plate:s Froilan Miliano showed great skill when he stopped Osvaldo Urki:s penalty. If Christian Arnalt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Lapurdi. When Miramonte FC's Osvaldo Urki in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye River Plate's goalie prevented a goal. Andres Atauri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Oriche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Froilan Miliano managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Miramonte FC's Osvaldo Urki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Osvaldo Urki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Froilan Miliano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Moises Jaen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, one of Miramonte FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Miramonte FC. Arnulfo Urti shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Osvaldo Urki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Miliano having to interfere. Froilan Miliano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldo Urki's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Andres Atauri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Oriche in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Urki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Froilan Miliano. River Plate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldo Urki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4.
