An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Argi in the 8th minute of play forced Lumb FC's goalkeeper Fabio Videl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lumb FC's Eliseo Mino shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 10th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gaspar Behe but with some difficulty. Gaspar Behe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lázaro Rivero in the 12th minute. Bicho F.C.'s Gaspar Behe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Bicho F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute Remigio Hernando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Behe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Simon Remigio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lumb FC's Fabio Videl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Lumb FC booed when Bicho F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nereo Gaztea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Hernando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gaspar Behe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliano Taurino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Gaspar Behe made a huge save. Albino Argi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Videl having to make a save. Albino Argi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Fabio Videl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Remigio Hernando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Lumb FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Vigil. When Remigio Hernando came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Lumb FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigio Hernando couldn't finish the play. Lumb FC's Fabio Videl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Lumb FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lázaro Rivero in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaspar Behe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bicho F.C.'s Gaspar Behe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Hernando in the 69th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Remigio got free with Fabio Videl in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lázaro Rivero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Behe having to interfere. Remigio Hernando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaspar Behe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Albino Argi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
