Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aquiles Demario kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Demario came free, but Ivan Truylos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Segundo Hondo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enzo Buinton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Monasterio FC's Everardo Lopes got a free kick in the 12th minute. A collision led to Monasterio FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Everardo Lopes hit a great ball. 23 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Arrecifes's Celestino Jenaro fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Celestino Jenaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the game, Lino Fagildo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arrecifes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monasterio FC the free kick. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Monasterio FC. Agustin Gentza stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ivan Truylos. 0-2. A hard shot 49 in the game by Celestino Jenaro from a close distance when the talented Enzo Buinton managed to make a qualified save. Monasterio FC's players were relieved.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Segundo Hondo made a kick off. Segundo Hondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan Truylos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Demario, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Arrecifes's Celestino Jenaro got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Hondo in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Buinton saved Monasterio FC from getting behind. Arrecifes's Ivan Truylos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Demario in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Celestino Jenaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enzo Buinton was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Monasterio FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Arrecifes:s goal. Ivan Truylos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Demario, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 93rd minute, Aquiles Demario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Arrecifes's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Demario came free, but Ivan Truylos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Arrecifes's zone, Aquiles Demario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Truylos came out of the goal and Aquiles Demario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquiles Demario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 100th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
