The supporters of Monasterio FC booed when 12 De Octubre F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Orlondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaudencio Cordareo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Monasterio FC's Agustin Gentza tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, 12 De Octubre F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Demario came free, but Ivan Cordara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Ovidio Galo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Enzo Buinton to make any attempt to save it. Everardo Orlondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Enzo Buinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Eliseo Lizar came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Monasterio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Lizar couldn't finish the play. Ivan Cordara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Demario in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Demario in the 26th minute of play forced 12 De Octubre F.C's goalkeeper Ivan Cordara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Cordara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Demario in the 27th minute of the match. Eliseo Lizar struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Ivan Cordara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monasterio FC. After 34 played minutes Monasterio FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Lizar. When Everardo Orlondo came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the 12 De Octubre F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Everardo Orlondo couldn't finish the play. Everardo Orlondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidio Galo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enzo Buinton having to make a save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ovidio Galo made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eliseo Lizar got free with Ivan Cordara in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th minute, Everardo Orlondo made a precise shot to the right of Enzo Buinton. Monasterio FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Eliseo Lizar struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Ivan Cordara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monasterio FC. 66 minutes into the match, 12 De Octubre F.C's goalkeeper Ivan Cordara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliseo Lizar. After a rather tough play, 12 De Octubre F.C's Ciro Rico got a free kick in the 68th minute. Ivan Cordara acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Agustin Gentza. If Eliseo Lizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 De Octubre F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Aquiles Demario scored to the left of an out of position Ivan Cordara, making the score, 2-1. Ivan Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Demario, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 12 De Octubre F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
