With a little luck, Atletico Adamative FC's Lázaro Lain got control of the ball when Pastor Oihenarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Pastor Oihenarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Felix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pastor Oihenarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Lain having to interfere. Felipe Felix struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Aristides Ekialde didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Adamative FC. Alfredo Eli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Aristides Ekialde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27thth minute of the game Alfredo Eli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Racing club's Aristides Ekialde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute Alfredo Eli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Ekialde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Perfecto kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Atletico Adamative FC's Lázaro Lain proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Adamative FC from getting a goal against them. After 37 played minutes Atletico Adamative FC got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Perfecto. Deportivo Racing club's Aristides Ekialde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Felix in the 41st minute of play. When Alfredo Eli came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Atletico Adamative FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Eli couldn't finish the play. Aristides Ekialde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Felix in the 44th minute of play. Atletico Adamative FC's Alfredo Eli got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jose Iyan was the one to do the kick off. Deportivo Racing club's Aristides Ekialde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Felix in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Deportivo Racing club booed when Atletico Adamative FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Grabiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lázaro Lain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Sendoa in the 61st minute of the match. When Atletico Adamative FC's Alfredo Eli in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee ignored Deportivo Racing club's protests and gave Saverio Lizbeth a yellow card for diving instead. Alfredo Eli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Ekialde having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Deportivo Racing club's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Felix came free, but Aristides Ekialde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 played minutes Deportivo Racing club got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Oihenarte. Aristides Ekialde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Eli in the 96th minute of the match.
