Atletico Tandil's Eriberto Claris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Quico in the 10th minute of play. Eriberto Claris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basilio Quico in the 12th minute. Ruben Luix's late challenge caught a LEPRA12's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruben Luix helped the player get up and apologised. Ruben Luix hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Quinteros in the 23rd minute of play forced LEPRA12's goalkeeper Tadeo Arotza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Basilio Quico managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEPRA12's supporters rose to their feet, but Basilio Quico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriberto Claris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, Dario Bernaldo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eriberto Claris, 2-0. The attack was good, but when Basilio Quico in the 30th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The audience was convinced that Basilio Quico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eriberto Claris was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baldomero Senen to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atletico Tandil's goalkeeper Eriberto Claris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Atletico Tandil getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Silverio Txerran hit a great ball. Ruben Luix got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. LEPRA12 made a substitution. Ildefonso Romo replaced Emilio Rudolfo. In the 58th minute, Ruben Luix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eriberto Claris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Basilio Quico's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Tandil's zone, Dario Bernaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Claris came out of the goal and Dario Bernaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basilio Quico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Claris having to interfere. In the 70th minute of the match Felipe Manex shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eriberto Claris showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Isaias Abel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LEPRA12's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Tandil the free kick. After a rather tough play, LEPRA12's Isaias Abel got a free kick in the 71st minute. The supporters of LEPRA12 booed when Atletico Tandil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Txerran didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, LEPRA12's goalkeeper Tadeo Arotza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clemente Quinteros. LEPRA12's Basilio Quico got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Basilio Quico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Quico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. LEPRA12 had played much better football throughout.
