The goalkeeper, Tadeo Arotza, was totally fooled by Cauchicol's Honorio Quinten, who 7 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Marciano Pio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Dino, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 19 played minutes Cauchicol got a freekick which was hit by Federico Socorro. Dario Bernaldo scored 1-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marciano Pio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Basilio Quico might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marciano Pio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Basilio Quico ran back to his position shaking his head. When LEPRA12's Basilio Quico in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Basilio Quico was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Domingo Dino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Pio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Bernaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaberto Bizi kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. LEPRA12's Ildefonso Romo was substituted for Emilio Rudolfo. Dario Bernaldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marciano Pio having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basilio Quico got free with Marciano Pio in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Basilio Quico managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEPRA12's supporters rose to their feet, but Basilio Quico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marciano Pio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Basilio Quico put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Marciano Pio. In the 75th minute, Basilio Quico fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marciano Pio, passed just outside the right post. Marciano Pio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Quico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, LEPRA12's Domingo Dino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marciano Pio. Marciano Pio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Basilio Quico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Pio having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cauchicol's zone, Dario Bernaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Pio came out of the goal and Dario Bernaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. LEPRA12's Herminio Rozarius quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eliseo Orzaize, made in the 95th minute of the game.
