Spectators: 7285 (Terracing: 5466, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Serafin Gumaro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cristo Sindo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cristo Sindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Txerran in the 16th minute of the match. Rodolfo Demesio came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Tusquitas FC's Segundo Eduino. But to his dismay, Segundo Eduino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Paulino Txerran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Cristo Sindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulino Txerran made a kick off. After some careless play in the Tusquitas FC defense, Serafin Gumaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Sindo. The Tusquitas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Sindo should have stopped the shot. When Segundo Eduino came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Tusquitas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Segundo Eduino couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Laurgain in the 62nd minute of play forced Tusquitas FC's goalkeeper Cristo Sindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristo Sindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Txerran, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. When Serafin Gumaro came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Palmitas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafin Gumaro couldn't finish the play. Cristo Sindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Txerran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Paulino Txerran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristo Sindo. Tusquitas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulino Txerran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After 73 minutes, Casimiro Virila mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tusquitas FC and the Palmitas players grew even worse after the yellow card. 77 minutes into the game, Serafin Gumaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Cristo Sindo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodolfo Demesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Eduino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Paulino Txerran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmitas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Tusquitas FC's Cristo Sindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Gumaro in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Martin Cordarius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tusquitas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palmitas the free kick. After a rather tough play, Tusquitas FC's Martin Cordarius got a free kick in the 90th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Palmitas fully deserved thier win.
