Spectators: 6664 (Terracing: 5001, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fausto Ortzi got the match started through his kick off. With an all-out effort, Tusquitas FC's Evaristo Rodas threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Segundo Eduino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cristo Sindo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Ortzi's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Segundo Eduino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tusquitas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Eduino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Rodas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 11 minutes of play, Tusquitas FC's Julian Ferman made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evaristo Rodas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Segundo Eduino in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Rodas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 16 minutes, Julian Ferman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tusquitas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Ferman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristo Sindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Ortzi in the 26th minute of play. Fausto Ortzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fausto Ortzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristo Sindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Ortzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Segundo Eduino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Segundo Eduino came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Tusquitas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Segundo Eduino couldn't finish the play. Evaristo Rodas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Ferman, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Bartolo Ado came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the De Querusa Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Ado couldn't finish the play. Tusquitas FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of De Querusa Futbol Club for a fine match.
